This series of pictures were taken in the morning of 18 Feb, 2008 Raleigh North Carolina. Two suspicious men were seen on the top of a building opposite to the North Carolina State Capitol. The intentions of the two men were unknown. However, we suspect foul play could have been involved. For national security reason, our very special agent Pat had contacted a certain personnel in the police department.
