Accept each day as a gift, a joy.
Don't get up too late, look in the mirror and grin at yourself.
Say "good morning" to yourself to get in a little practice for when you need to say it to others.
If you know the ingredients of sunshine, you can make it just as easy as today's soup.
Take a large portion of goodness.
Toss in big chunks of patience-patience with yourself, and patience with others.
Don't forget a pinch of humour to help digest disappointments. Mix with a big dollop of zest for work.
Cover with happy laughter and there you have it- the sunshine recipe of the day!
