I've been waiting to see this for ages. An amazing trip indeed! One of the above pictures shows the latest Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, which will be launched on an Atlas V 401 Rocket later this year. Its mission is to search for a suitable site for astronauts to return to the moon in the future. They assembled the parts of the satellite and cleaned everything up in the "clean room". They will then wrap it up and transport it to Cape Canaveral by road, and launch it there. It will be wonderful to see a launch some day.
This is a strength qualification machine for testing space equipment. Looks like something in a James Bond movie set.
